The Brief
To create a useful printed training tool that would also work in conjunction with a PowerPoint presentation to assist Ritz-Carlton staff in improving customer service across
60 major US hotel sites. It needed to work for them on the day but also be used as a takeaway piece for staff to refer to as and when required.
The Solution
The exclusive double PopOut format we created using our PopOut patent was designed as a handy pocket-sized tool to effectively communicate the core values and training diagrams in a way that would quickly and easily engage all hotel staff.
The Result
Staff left the training day with a supportive and durable PopOut training manual ideal for on-the-job referral. Ritz-Carlton were so delighted with the effectiveness of the PopOut that they presented Compass PopOut with a specially commissioned plaque as a thank you for our hard work. |
